This Privacy Policy is published in the version dated 01.01.2026 and remains in effect until a new version of the Privacy Policy is adopted.

1. General provisions

3. Purposes of personal data processing

4. Procedure and conditions for personal data processing

4.1. Processing of the User’s personal data is carried out without time limitation, by any lawful means, including in personal data information systems with or without automation tools.

4.2. Processing of the User’s personal data is carried out for the duration of contractual and other legal relations between the User and the Administrator, by any lawful means.

4.3. All personal data are obtained by the Administrator directly from the User or the User’s representative, except as provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

4.4. The Administrator has the right to transfer personal data to inquiry and investigative authorities and other authorized bodies on the grounds provided by applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.

4.6.2. Organizational measures, including appointment of responsible persons and secure storage of personal data on physical media in safes.

4.6.3. Technical measures, including certified information security tools and interaction with the state system for detection, prevention, and mitigation of cyberattacks.

5. User rights

5.1. The User has the right to exercise rights provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation on personal data, including updating, blocking, or destroying personal data, and requesting information regarding processing.

6. Rights and obligations of the Administrator

6.1. The Administrator undertakes to use personal data solely for the purposes specified in this Policy.

6.2. The Administrator must take precautions to protect confidentiality in accordance with standard business practices.

6.3. The Administrator must store personal data for the period necessary to achieve the purposes specified in this Policy, unless a longer period is required by law.

6.4. The Administrator has the right not to delete data required to be stored under applicable law.

7. Final provisions

7.1. Consent is valid indefinitely. The User may withdraw consent by written notice to the Administrator at info@h2element.ru.
