2. I provide the above personal data to the Operator for the following purposes:
2.1. Creation of an account in the online service.
2.2. Providing access to personalized resources of the online service.
2.3. Conclusion of agreements and execution of mutual settlements.
2.4. Performance of the agreement between me and the Operator.
2.5. Processing and receipt of payments, confirmation of tax or tax benefits, disputing payments.
2.6. Carrying out informational mailings.
3. This consent is valid until the expiration of the storage periods for the relevant information or documents containing such information, determined in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
4. Employees, partners, and other counterparties of the Operator who require such access in connection with the performance of their official and/or contractual obligations, both directly with me and with the Operator, shall have the right to access personal data.
5. The Operator has the right to transfer my personal data to inquiry and investigative authorities and other authorized bodies on the grounds provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.6. 6.1. In the event of assignment of rights under agreements concluded with me in favor of such third party.
